EBA LEAN SCHOOL: Practical Business Transformation

EBA Lean School is a practical program designed to provide systematic knowledge and Lean management tools that participants can apply within their own companies, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

This year, we are expanding the format: in addition to training, participants will have the opportunity to visit real companies, see Lean approaches in action, exchange experience with practitioners, and work on their own business processes.

Lean School Program

Module 1: Lean Fundamentals

• quality and idea management;

• Kanban, SOP and OPL;

• the waste model;

• 5S;

• problem-solving tools.

Practical Component:

• working with real business cases;

• practical assignments;

Module 2: Lean and Operational Efficiency

• Lean and business efficiency;

• process mapping;

• Spaghetti Diagram;

• standard work;

• visual management;

• process leveling and balancing;

• building efficient production systems;

• Just-in-Time.

Practical Component:

• Company Visits and experience sharing with company representatives;

• practical role-playing exercises;

• working with participants’ own company processes;

• identifying areas for optimization;

• developing a personal action plan.

Graduation
