Senior Partner at Truman, Polina Ivanyshyn, included in the UP 100. Business List

18/ 06/ 2026
Polina Ivanyshyn, Senior Partner at communications company Truman, has been included in the UP 100. Business list, which recognizes one hundred representatives of Ukrainian business who are shaping the country’s economic development today. The list brings together company owners, investors, manufacturing executives, bankers, technology entrepreneurs, and senior business leaders. The award was established by Ukrainska Pravda and Ekonomichna Pravda to honour entrepreneurs and executives whose work makes a significant contribution to the development of Ukraine’s economy, the competitive market environment, and the promotion of high standards of business integrity. The list will be compiled once every ten years to mark future anniversaries of Ekonomichna Pravda. Winners of the UP 100. Business award received a unique distinction — a dolphin-shaped money box handcrafted using the traditional free-blown glass technique. The award’s symbol is inspired by the Olbian dolphins, one of the oldest forms of currency used on the territory of modern-day Ukraine. It reflects the values of transparency, integrity, and responsible leadership. “Being included in this list is a great honour for me. It is equally an honour to work every day alongside the people of Truman, whose professionalism, courage, and principles stand behind this recognition. From day one, we have built our business around clear principles: accountability, radical honesty, and the willingness to speak up for and defend what we believe in, even when it is difficult or contrary to the expectations of those around us. In every decision, we ask ourselves what value it creates — for our clients, for us, and for our country — and whether it delivers a tangible benefit. It is our people, consistency of principles, and the trust of our clients that have enabled us to continue growing and contributing to Ukraine’s future, even in times of uncertainty,” said Polina Ivanyshyn. Since 2015, Truman has consistently operated on the principle of values alignment with its clients, partners, and team members. Today, the company employs more than 100 people and engages over 150 consultants in external projects. Truman’s clients include leaders of the Ukrainian market, as well as companies from the Fortune Global 500 list. The company’s first client, who joined Truman in 2015, remains a client to this day. Likewise, its first employee, who joined as an assistant, continues to build a successful career within the company. Since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, Truman has provided financial, technical, and advisory support to units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, and the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine. As a communications partner of the Economic Security Council of Ukraine, the company has participated in international initiatives aimed at restricting the Russian military-industrial complex’s access to Western technologies and continues its advocacy efforts to expand EU sanctions lists. Truman’s work with international journalists, influencers, and decision-makers has generated more than 2,000 non-paid mentions of Ukraine in global media and contributed to decisions supporting Ukraine. Earlier this year, the company also received the Bronze Award for Best Campaign for Ukraine House Davos at the Davos Communications Awards 2026. The PR campaign “Ukraine is Open for Business” was delivered in partnership with global advisory firm APCO to showcase Ukraine not only as a country living through war, but also as a nation with a strong and innovative economy.
