Activitis fintech infrastructure integrates the eDilo installment payment service for Glovo business partners in Ukraine

03/ 06/ 2026
Activitis fintech infrastructure is integrating the eDilo service for Glovo business partners in Ukraine. As part of the cooperation, partners will gain access to a digital tool that allows them to pay supplier invoices in installments. For small businesses, this solution comes at a time when operational stability is particularly important. Ukrainian HoReCa businesses and small retailers are operating amid war, inflation, unstable demand and rising costs. According to estimates by an analytical center, around 400 food service establishments have closed in Kyiv in recent months, approximately 300 of which were small businesses. At the same time, revenue in the sector increased by 6% in 2025, while customer traffic declined by 9%, indicating pressure on costs and changes in consumer behavior. One of the key challenges in such conditions is a cash flow gap. A business may have customers, orders and demand, but lack sufficient funds at the exact moment when it needs to pay for products, raw materials, packaging, beverages, equipment or other goods required for operations. The eDilo service addresses a specific operational need: a business uploads a supplier invoice, the service pays it directly, and the company repays the amount in installments according to a convenient schedule. The entrepreneur does not need to change their bank, suppliers or existing contracts. A decision can be made within 30 minutes, the available limit can reach up to UAH 5 million, and the model works without collateral or guarantors. “Ukrainian small businesses are currently operating in conditions where the speed of a financial decision often determines whether a company can continue working without interruptions. Cooperation with Glovo allows us to bring this tool closer to restaurants, coffee shops, stores and local entrepreneurs,” says Pavlo Matiyash, CEO of Activitis. Glovo emphasizes that small and medium-sized businesses are an important part of the company’s partner ecosystem. “We see the challenges our partners face every day and aim to provide as many support tools as possible. Cooperation with Activitis and the eDilo service opens access to a digital financial tool that can help businesses deal with daily operational challenges,” says Maryna Pavliuk, General Manager of Glovo in Ukraine. * * * Reference information eDilo is Ukraine’s first online B2B BNPL service for businesses by Activitis.
