ЕВА continues dialogue with the State Tax Service on the implementation of e-audit and SAF-T UA

  On 29 April, the European Business Association held another meeting with representatives of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, dedicated to the practical implementation of e-audit. Participants gathered to continue the dialogue between business and tax authorities, receive answers to practical questions from taxpayers, and develop aligned approaches to the preparation and submission of tax reporting in the SAF-T format. During the meeting, Yurii Vasiuk, Director of the Tax Audit Department of the State Tax Service, noted that the list of companies required to submit SAF-T UA will be gradually expanded. In this regard, business representatives were encouraged to actively participate in such meetings and take into account the provided guidance when preparing their reports. The participants discussed several aspects related to completing SAF-T UA, including: approaches to disclosing information about owners (founders), particularly in cases involving a large number of minority shareholders, procedures for reporting asset-related transactions, other technical aspects of preparing the SAF-T file. The State Tax Service informed that all responses to the questions raised during the meeting will be published on its official website, where they will be available via a dedicated link. In addition, the Tax Service noted that taxpayers may submit further questions through a specialised Google chat. The Association expresses its appreciation to the State Tax Service for its openness to dialogue and continued constructive cooperation. The business community looks forward to further support in the implementation of SAF-T UA and to receiving additional clarifications regarding its application.
