Uklon Expands Product Ecosystem: Bus Ticket Purchasing Now Available in the App

25/ 03/ 2026
On March 25, 2026, Uklon launched the Travel service in its app. Users can now purchase tickets for domestic and international bus routes directly in the Uklon mobile application, without using third-party platforms. The launch of the beta version of the service continues Uklons transformation from a mono-product company into an ecosystem of products and services, which already includes the online car ordering service (ride-hailing), Uklon Delivery courier delivery, and the Uklon Ads advertising platform. With the launch of Travel, the company expands its portfolio of mobility and travel services to meet various user needs: from daily movement within the city and suburbs via the ride-hailing service, to purchasing bus tickets for intercity and international routes. The launch of Travel is our next step in building the Uklon ecosystem, where our products and services are present in various scenarios of users lives. For three years, our seasonal Ski Bus to Bukovel has demonstrated consistently high demand, which encouraged us to scale up. Today, with air travel currently unavailable and the strain on the railway system increasing, we are creating a single entry point for planning any trips. Our goal is simple: to provide users with the opportunity to buy a bus ticket across Ukraine or to Europe in the same familiar app they use daily to order a ride, –  comments Serhii Hryshkov, CEO of Uklon. The Travel service is available on the main screen of the Uklon mobile application. To find a route, the user just needs to select the city of departure and arrival, and indicate the date — after this, the system displays available options from carriers. After selecting a route, users can view trip details, choose seats in the cabin, enter passenger data, and make payments directly in the Uklon mobile application. A single order allows purchasing tickets for themselves and up to four companions, totaling up to five people. Purchased tickets are stored in the My Trips section of the Uklon app. Users can view their tickets, present them during boarding, or process a refund if necessary. Additionally, carriers notify users directly of any changes to the bus schedule.
