Uklon contributed more than 1 billion UAH in tax payments in 2025

18/ 03/ 2026
In 2025, Uklon contributed 1,022,270,000 UAH in taxes to the state budget, representing a substantial 50% increase over the previous year. For context, in 2024, the company’s tax contributions totaled over 680,000,000 UAH, highlighting Uklon’s rapid scaling and its growing role in supporting the national economy. This amount includes corporate income tax, VAT, Social Security Contributions (SSC), the Google tax, and the military fee. Additionally, the company is a resident of Diia City and is included in the register of transparent taxpayers, known as the White Business Club. “We are proud that Uklon continues to set an example of a transparent and responsible business, especially during such a challenging time for the country. Paying over a billion hryvnias in taxes is not just a figure in a report, but our real contribution to the stability of the state. We are proving that Ukrainian IT products can be more than just technological leaders — they are powerful, responsible taxpayers providing a reliable home front for the country,” noted Serhii Hryshkov, CEO of Uklon. The milestone coincides with the Kyivstar Group Limited public disclosure of its financial results on March 13. The report for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025 includes Uklon’s financial performance following its integration into the group. (The report contained financial data from the second to the fourth quarter inclusive; first-quarter data was provided by the firm as a private company prior to the closing of the transaction.) For the 2025 fiscal year, the company generated $101 million in revenue. Of this total, $20.9 million was earned in the first quarter (as a private entity), while the remaining $80.1 million was generated following the closing of the deal with Kyivstar. Notably, this marks significant growth from 2024, when Uklons net revenue was $65 million. Meanwhile, the number of active users across Ukraine and Uzbekistan has reached 3.8 million. Furthermore, Uklon continues to systematically support the Defense Forces of Ukraine, volunteer movements, and social projects aimed at accessibility and inclusivity. The total volume of financial support across these areas in 2025 exceeded 90,000,000 UAH, of which more than 16,000,000 UAH consisted of user contributions made through the Regular Donations feature in the app. Uklon service is available in 27 cities across Ukraine, as well as within the Bukovel tourist complex. In addition to ride-hailing, the companys ecosystem of digital services includes Uklon Delivery, B2B transportation via the ride-hailing service, and the Uklon Advertising platform.
