EBA Kharkiv Expanded Coordination Council Meeting

  The Coordination Council in 2026 consisted of: Igor Balaka (Krona Production and Legal Firm, CEO) Sergey Polituchiy (Factor Group of Companies, President) Eduard Rubin (Telesens GS, Deputy Director for Business Development) Igor Sbitnev (Axioma, Director) Anna Chaika (AF Business Element, Director). Based on the results of the vote, Igor Balak was unanimously elected as Head of the Coordination Council for 2026, with Anna Chaika as his deputy. During the meeting, participants discussed the results of the Kharkiv office in 2025 and outlined plans for 2026, identifying key lobbying initiatives at both the regional and national levels. Among the priorities are retaining companies that continue to operate in the city, consolidating their needs and issues, and preparing materials for an updated edition of the book on business support in frontline regions. In 2026, two specialized committees will continue their work: the Finance and Tax Committee and the Customs Committee in Kharkiv. Key projects for the year include Kharkiv Tax Talks in cooperation with the regional tax service, the Support of Businesses in Frontline Regions initiative, meetings with representatives of central government bodies, and the Start Your Career with EBA Kharkiv educational project, which is being implemented jointly with V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. We would like to thank all members of the Council and sincerely congratulate Igor Balak and Anna Chaika on their election! We wish you effective work, new achievements and the implementation of ambitious initiatives for the benefit of the Kharkiv business community!
