Letter of Intent Signed: IWG & Crowd Ukraine Invest AG

23/ 09/ 2025
Düsseldorf, September 23, 2025 – Crowd Ukraine Invest AG, a German impact investment company dedicated to rebuilding Ukraine, and International Workplace Group plc, the world’s leading provider of flexible workspaces, today signed a Letter of Intent (LOI)! The LOI establishes a framework for collaboration on developing a network of modern co-living and co-working hubs across Ukraine. The parties agreed to jointly start with pilot projects in Western Ukraine, with the ambition to scale to 50 locations nationwide. This LOI reflects a strong strategic alignment between the two organizations. Under the LOI, IWG will contribute not only its global brand and network, but also its deep expertise in creating future-ready workplaces. This includes advanced architectural and interior design, flexible layouts tailored for productivity and well-being, cutting-edge digital infrastructure and security systems, and best practices from more than 4,000 locations worldwide (famous in Germany as Regus, Signature, Spaces, HQ etc). By combining quick “plug-and-play” deployment models with hybrid-work solutions, IWG ensures that Ukraine’s new hubs will meet the highest international standards. “This signing is a milestone for Ukraine’s recovery journey,” said Alexander Tebbe, CEO and founder of Crowd Ukraine Invest AG. “Together with IWG, we are bringing world-class expertise and impact finance into Ukraine’s reconstruction — creating spaces where innovation, entrepreneurship, and community can thrive.” “Our mission has always been to make work better for people and businesses. We are proud to support such a transformative initiative,” said Dennis Kiefert, Growth Manager at IWG. “By joining forces with Crowd Ukraine Invest AG, we will deliver flexible workspace solutions that empower Ukraine’s talent to rebuild and shape the future” said Klaus Merckx, Head of Partnership Sales at IWG. The signing in Düsseldorf highlights the role of cooperation and impact investment in Ukraine’s recovery, bringing together global expertise, private capital, and local ambition to build resilient, modern infrastructure for future economic growth.
