New educational opportunities for SMEs in frontline regions

The European Business Association, in collaboration with UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, is launching a new educational initiative, “Sustainable Business Development in Times of Uncertainty”. This in-person programme will span a number of Ukrainian cities, including those located in frontline regions.
In today’s challenging environment, every entrepreneur must be prepared to adapt their business to instability and unforeseen risks. That is why the primary aim of this programme is to provide practical knowledge and tools to ensure resilience and sustainable business growth.
Through a series of hands-on workshops, entrepreneurs will benefit from:
Expert consultations on business management, finance, security, and legal aspects;
Insight into current tax changes, international trade activities, investment opportunities, and digital tools for business;
Face-to-face engagement with professionals who have extensive experience working with leading companies in Ukraine.
Cities and Programme Highlights:
Kharkiv – 29 July
Business Taxation – Oleksandr Korzh, Founder and Head of Unifinance; over 15 years of experience in financial accounting, auditing, management accounting, and tax consulting.
International Trade – Svitlana Moroz, Lawyer and Managing Partner at the global legal and consulting firm Dictum (Kyiv, Istanbul); specialises in legal support for international business, partnership development, and cross-border investment law.
Kryvyi Rih – August 20
Taxes for Business – Oleksandr Korzh, founder and head of Unifinance; with over 15 years of experience in financial accounting, auditing, management accounting, and tax consulting.
International Trade – Svitlana Moroz, attorney, managing partner of the global legal and consulting firm Dictum (Kyiv, Istanbul); specializes in legal support for international business, partnership development, and legal aspects of investing abroad.
Odesa – 12 September
Practical Business Advice – Olesia Arkhipova, Founder of Arkhipova Advisory, team strategist and strategic adviser to IT companies; over 12 years of experience in facilitating and conducting strategic sessions.
Business Digitalisation – Liliia Melnychenko is a digital marketing strategist with 12 years of experience and the founder of the online agency MECO. She holds two degrees: Environmental Engineering (Kyiv Polytechnic Institute) and Logistics Engineering (National Transport University). Liliia has led over 65 digital transformation projects, including startups targeting the US, Canadian, and European markets. Her clients include Nova Poshta, Foxtrot, Epicenter, ABM Cloud, and Vorwärts Pharma. One of her most notable achievements is scaling the online sales of a homeopathic pharmacy 34 times in just two years.
