An event that left many of us with a clear realization: leadership isn’t about status. It’s about awareness. Intention. Presence. 🪩 This wasn’t just a conversation about women in leadership — it was a space to feel how leadership lives in real life: in hard decisions, in setting healthy boundaries, in choosing to live genuinely — not just correctly. 🧬 We listened. We reflected. We saw ourselves in each other’s words. And each participant took something deeply personal: — that power is energy to create change, not control — that flexibility is not weakness, it’s leadership — that a horizontal career isn’t a Plan B — it’s a path to depth — that you cant lead others further than you’ve gone yourself — that a “good enough” mother shows the way by living fully, not perfectly — that 60 is the new 40 — and if you’re 30, you’re right on time 🫧 We spoke honestly: about toxic behaviours in teams as a signal to change the system, about complex, unresolved issues that drain energy, about the idea that strategy isn’t about what — it’s about how, and that positive thinking is not naive, it’s a conscious decision to move forward. 🌿 And then — we paused. A soundhealing session gave us a moment of stillness. A chance to exhale. To let go. To come back to ourselves — fully, softly, clearly. 🎙 The room was filled with women from business, diplomacy, education, government, and culture.
