04/ 06/ 2025
Charitable foundation “Vilni. Neskoreni.Nebaiduzhi” (widely known as DrukArmiia) and OTP BANK JSC showcased their jointly created 3D-printed items at the VIII International Specialized Exhibition ADDIT EXPO 3D held in Kyiv. Visitors to the event had the opportunity to see 3D-printed models of the Motherland Monument and glowing, multicolored fantasy dragons. All the items presented at the exhibition are directly related to the activities of OTP BANK and its charitable initiative OTP Bank Helps Ukraine. In 2023, the Bank participated in the symbolic replacement of the emblem on the shield of the Motherland Monument, and the dragons became a symbol of one of the OTP Bank Helps Ukraine projects in 2025. The initiative aims to produce educational models and essential equipment for Ukrainian defenders using 3D printing. Earlier, OTP BANK employees personally purchased 16 3D printers and joined the DrukArmiia community. “Every month, the Bank, its employees, clients, and partners make donations used to purchase plastic for 3D printing. Our staff simultaneously creates unique and meaningful objects, like the dragon series: glow-in-the-dark dragons, parent-and-child sets, or dragon couples. We offer these as thank-you gifts for charitable donations. This is how we ‘dragon’ the enemy with donations”, - said team leader of the OTP Bank Helps Ukraine charity project and director of retail sales and network management of OTP BANK Lesia Syrota. Thanks to donations from employees and clients, 33.5 tons of plastic have already been purchased and used, resulting in 1.34 million 3D-printed parts and elements. The total amount raised for the DrukArmiia project exceeds UAH 11 million. According to Olena Stuzhuk, head of the ABS platform management at OTP BANK and a DrukArmiia volunteer, the project now produces over 900,000 life-saving items for Ukrainian defenders every month. This requires 22.5 tons of plastic per month, funded by charitable contributions. In 2024 alone, 279 tons of plastic were used to produce over 11 million printed items.
