The Extended meeting of the EBA Odesa Coordination Council with the participation of the Committees’ Heads

On July 10, 2024, an Extended meeting of the EBA Odesa Coordination Council with the participation of the Committees Heads took place. The agenda included a summary of activities for the first half of the year, outlining plans for the second half, and developing a strategy for the Offices work. The meeting was opened by Kateryna Morozova, the Head of the EBA Southern Ukraine Office. Kateryna highlighted the achievements and challenges of the first half of the year. Significant progress was noted in the implementation of key projects, particularly in the areas of lobbying, improving internal processes, and cooperating with the authorities. Special attention was given to the issue of new members joining the Association. During the discussion of plans for the second half of the year, the meeting participants outlined the main directions of activity. Key goals and objectives for the Office during this period were identified, and an action plan to achieve them was discussed. Priorities included further work with the authorities, advocacy of the member companies interests, and the organization of relevant events. We thank the participants for fruitful cooperation in the first half of 2024 and the productive brainstorming of further plans. We are beginning implementation and believe that only through joint efforts will we be able to achieve new ambitious goals aimed at developing and improving the business environment in the Southern region!
