10/ 03/ 2023
Date: 15 March 2023 Time: 10:00 (Kyiv time) Format: online (Zoom) СМS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang strives to remain at the centre where important insights are realised, where we can share our understanding of important tendencies and challenges, and thus help our clients construct their priorities and meet their strategic goals. We have launched a new initiative called СMS Rebuilding Ukraine, in response to the challenges businesses are facing today and as an opportunity to exchange opinions in our own ecosystem, together with experts, new and long-standing clients, and CMS employees. The topic of the first meeting, which is scheduled for 15 March on Zoom, will be Key leadership challenges and trends for 2023, where we will discuss the following: How have Ukrainians changed? What have we achieved and what have we lost, and in what areas has Ukraine become an example that world leaders and communities want to follow? How do global challenges in leadership affect the mindset of our leaders and managers? What will be important for organisations and managers to focus on in 2023? How can you build a leader development programme in your organisation? We have chosen the following topics for discussion (dates and times will be announced shortly): How to work with a team’s or organisation’s culture in time of war and why is this important right now? How have we changed during the war and what strong points have we developed for ourselves? How can you use them for your further development? During the meetings, our long-time partner, organisational and personal transformations coach Oksana Semeniuk will review important components that will help organisations “hold the frontline” and will share her experience of working with clients during this extremely difficult year. Victoria Stavchuk-Mulundkar and Tetiana Bugasova will reflect on the last year and what it meant for CMS, about major challenges and the methods of tackling them. The working language of the webinars will be Ukrainian. Participation in the event is free of charge subject to prior registration via the link below. Register for the webinar Speakers

СМS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang strives to remain at the centre where important insights are realised, where we can share our understanding of important tendencies and challenges, and thus help our clients construct their priorities and meet their strategic goals.

We have launched a new initiative called СMS Rebuilding Ukraine, in response to the challenges businesses are facing today and as an opportunity to exchange opinions in our own ecosystem, together with experts, new and long-standing clients, and CMS employees.

The topic of the first meeting, which is scheduled for 15 March on Zoom, will be Key leadership challenges and trends for 2023, where we will discuss the following:

  • How have Ukrainians changed? What have we achieved and what have we lost, and in what areas has Ukraine become an example that world leaders and communities want to follow?
  • How do global challenges in leadership affect the mindset of our leaders and managers? What will be important for organisations and managers to focus on in 2023?
  • How can you build a leader development programme in your organisation?

We have chosen the following topics for discussion (dates and times will be announced shortly):

  • How to work with a team’s or organisation’s culture in time of war and why is this important right now?
  • How have we changed during the war and what strong points have we developed for ourselves? How can you use them for your further development?

During the meetings, our long-time partner, organisational and personal transformations coach Oksana Semeniuk will review important components that will help organisations “hold the frontline” and will share her experience of working with clients during this extremely difficult year.

Victoria Stavchuk-Mulundkar and Tetiana Bugasova will reflect on the last year and what it meant for CMS, about major challenges and the methods of tackling them.

The working language of the webinars will be Ukrainian.
