Natalia Kochergina’s team secures lease extension of Dior’s boutique in Kyiv

  July 2021 – Kinstellar’s real estate team in Kyiv has successfully supported the landlord in the extension of a long-term lease with Dior for its nearly 500-square-meter premises in a historical building at 5/2 Zankovetska Street, in the centre of Kyiv. This new long-term lease follows the previous lease, which the team also supported. Diors boutique in Kyiv is operated directly by the Christian Dior group and is an integral part of Dior’s retail network. Kinstellar’s real estate team drafted additional agreements to the lease agreements, assisted the client in negotiations with Dior on commercial and legal terms and arranged the closing of the deal. The team was led by Natalia Kochergina, Partner and Head of Real Estate, Construction & Planning practice in Ukraine, with key input from Yevhen Husakov, Senior Associate. Natalia Kochergina comments: The strength of Ukraine’s luxury retail market renews confidence that a vibrant upturn awaits the retail and real estate sectors as the pandemic recedes.
