Tvorimo Dobro: TEDIS Ukraine has expanded the geography of social assistance

19/ 04/ 2021
The All-Ukrainian social project to support state nursing homes, initiated by TEDIS Ukraine, expanded its geography to two more regions – Ivano-Frankivsk and Khmelnytsky. Now “TEDIS Ukraine” also takes care of the Ivano-Frankivsk geriatric boarding house and the Bakhmatovets boarding house for elderly and disabled citizens (Khmelnytsky region). “Our social project“ Tvorimo Dobro”continues its development. We understand that older people need systematic help and support, so we decided to take two more nursing homes under guardianship. After the implementation of two stages of the project, we received a lot of positive feedback, which once again confirmed the relevance of the social initiative we have chosen,” said Denis Tkachenko, Deputy General Director for Corporate Relations of TEDIS Ukraine. Thus, now the project “Tvorimo Dobro” covers seven areas. In addition to Ivano-Frankivsk and Khmelnytsky, these are Lvov, Vinnitsa, Poltava, Sumy and Donetsk regions. In total, over a thousand people live in nursing homes sponsored by TEDIS Ukraine, the oldest of whom is 102 years old. In the near future, TEDIS Ukraine will give them a new batch of humanitarian aid, which this time will consist of personal protective equipment against coronavirus. Let us remind you that the TEDIS Ukraine company in partnership with Liga.net has prepared a special project “Our old men. How do older people live in special institutions? You can get acquainted with it at this link – https://project.liga.net/projects/tedis-geriatrics/.
