KPMG Insights: Opportunities for growth. Complex best practices

  On their visit to Kharkiv, KPMG experts talked about recent changes in currency legislation and corporate management, banking sector reforms, favorable for investment climate in our country. Participants found out about foreign investors’ perception change of Ukraine. Steadily their focus is shifting from geopolitics to technologies, services and IT sector development in Ukraine. Experts highlighted the importance of agility in times of rapid changes. “Agility is a new currency of business and leaders nowadays”, summed up Andriy Tsymbal, KPMG Managing Partner. Panel discussion participants Andriy Tymoshenko (KPMG), Eduard Rubin (Telesens IT), Timur Halilov (EBRD), Andriy Dekhtyar (Rozdoum) shared experience of successful transformation of their companies. According to the businesspersons, the key success factors are leaders’ moral readiness to changes, trust and readiness to delegate responsibilities, strategic planning and control. «Company should always be ready for changes. When there is time - it is worth bringing processes, procedures and reporting to high standards”, suggested Eduard Rubin.
