EBS acquired all rights to Intercomp-Ukraine

Прослухати онлайн Зупинити   On July 10, 2019 the deal under which EBS, a leader in the outsourcing accounting market, acquired all rights to Intercomp-Ukraine, a leading provider of financial and HR outsourcing services was completed. International Business Process Outsourcing Partnership of Intercomp Ukraine includes collaboration with ADP Employer Services International (the worlds largest provider of business process outsourcing services, a partner in providing payroll services). In the near future Intercomp-Ukraine will change its name to Emergex Payroll Solutions (EPS) and will work as a part of a single company and EBS brand. The company will continue to provide payroll services, accounting outsourcing services as well as HR administration services. Thanks to the acquisition of Intercomp-Ukraine, we will be able to combine our experience and form the best practices in order to provide integrated solutions, and the combination of quality resources and potential of companies will help us to become the undisputed leader on the professional outsourcing services market in Ukraine.
