As Michelle Obama put it, There is no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish. IE University passionately believes in the power of women and supporting next-generation leaders. That’s why we launched the IE International Empowerment Challenge: a unique opportunity for women to showcase their skill set, share their knowledge and harness their leadership skills. The IE Women Empowerment Challenge consists of a series of questions posed to our competitors based on four areas of knowledge: sustainability, architecture & design; technology, data, innovation & communication; talent, wellbeing & humanities; and global public affairs, law & finance. Over the course of three weeks, you will submit your answers in video or written format where you’ll demonstrate your expertise and idiosyncratic take on one of these knowledge areas—the choice is yours. At the end of the three weeks, 10 finalists will be selected to present their answers to a jury of IE University faculty during a live presentation. What are you waiting for? You should also include a 500-character summary that showcases your motivation and drive, explaining why you are the ideal candidate for the master’s program you wish to pursue. CONDITIONS Participants must identify as women. Submit your application by 11:59 p.m. CET on November 22, 2021. The scholarship will be applicable for the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 intakes. Scholarship opportunities are only available to those who successfully complete the application process and are admitted to a master’s program. There is a maximum of one scholarship per program.
