Place: Will be online. In work teams, a situation often arises when people unintentionally or due to stereotypes and prejudices can harm others - with a word, a look, a joke or an assumption. Target audience: everyone who is interested in understanding microaggressions and how to deal with them. Questions for discussion: How to recognize microaggressions in everyday and work situations? What psychological impact does it have? How to joke with colleagues and give compliments so as not to be aggressors? What are the strategies for avoiding tension? How to maintain a culture of respect and safe communication? All this in an atmosphere of live communication with quizzes and cases. Registration is obligatory.
