Foxtrot expands its presence in Odesa and Kryvyi Rih and renovates its store in Myrhorod

22/ 09/ 2025
The omnichannel retailer continues to invest in store upgrades: over the past three months, the chain has opened two new stores and modernized another. On July 3, the company launched its fifth store in Odesa, followed by the sixth in Kryvyi Rih on August 8. On September 11, the renovated location in Myrhorod was officially reopened. “Every new opening or renovation is a manifestation of resilience and faith in the future. Despite daily challenges, we are creating modern stores with barrier-free service, access to official appliances, and care for our customers. I am grateful to the team and to everyone bringing victory closer – thanks to them, Foxtrot has the opportunity to grow and stay close to people across different regions of the country,” said Foxtrot’s Chief Operating Officer, Danylo Veklenko. The new Odesa store opened in the Shopping Center on 93A Semena Paliia Street. Its total area is 796 m2, of which 634 m2 is dedicated to the sales floor. Continuing the summer expansion, Foxtrot unveiled its sixth store in Kryvyi Rih at the Solar Gallery Mall, covering 1,080.8 m2 (842 m2 sales floor). In early September, after renovation, the retailer presented its upgraded store in Myrhorod (98/6 Hoholya Street), expanding its sales floor from 433 m2 to 554 m2. All new spaces reflect the company’s modern format with a strong focus on accessibility: a customer hub for collecting online orders, making quick purchases, or requesting service support; wide aisles; wheelchair accessibility; and service support in sign language. The stores also feature branded zones from leading technology manufacturers, including Samsung, Hisense, Tefal, Philips, Delonghi, Krups, Razer, and Logitech. The design follows Foxtrot’s signature style with Ukrainian ethnic motifs. Customers can also purchase branded merchandise featuring Foxie, supporting a charitable mission, as part of the proceeds go to help children affected by the war. In September 2025, Foxtrot celebrated its 31st anniversary in Ukraine. The chain currently operates 127 stores in 68 citiesand continues to actively develop its online channels – Foxtrot.ua and the mobile app. Earlier this year, the company opened new stores in Chabany and Brovary in the Kyiv region and renovated stores in Lviv and Uzhhorod. Foxtrot is the first player in the electronics market to systematically implement barrier-free retail standards, investing in staff training and improving customer experience.
