The European Business Association invites you to a joint meeting of the EBA HR Committee and ESG Hub, held withinthe DE&I Practices Club, founded in partnership with JTI Ukraine.

During this session, you will gain valuable insights and practical cases on working with biases, intercultural team interaction in modern conditions, and building corporate culture. We will be joined by three experts with extensive experience in recruitment and onboarding:

Nataliia Voloshyna, representative of ALL TOGETHER JOBS media, with over 8 years of experience in recruitment and team building, will share her expertise on:

• why biases arise and the harm they cause;

• the most common biases in the hiring process;

• how to address biases and create equal opportunities.

Iryna Horban, representative of Raiffeisen Bank, will focus on the following aspects:

• Inclusion as a foundation: not just hiring, but removing barriers for everyone;

• How to teach HR and managers to see people, not stereotypes;

• “All different – All equal”: building corporate culture through real colleagues’ stories.

Silka Gurabardhi, international expert from OLX Group, will discuss how to overcome biases in hybrid and intercultural teams. She will focus on:

• new biases arising in hybrid, distributed, and intercultural teams;

• why traditional bias-awareness training often fails in these settings;

• practical approaches to making fairness a standard in selection, promotion, and collaboration.
