  Extended meeting of the EBA Committee on Lobbying and Transparent Policies. Date: 03 September2025. Time: 10:00 12:00. Language: Ukrainian. Starting September 1, the Law on Lobbying will come into force, establishing strict reporting requirements in the Transpaency Register regarding the subjects and areas of lobbying, meetings with government bodies, contracts with lobbyists, lobbying expenses, and more. Lobbying without registration in the Transparency Register, which the NACP is set to launch and administer from September 1, will be prohibited. At the same time, it has not been possible to postpone the sanctions and fines for violating the requirements of the Law on Lobbying. Therefore, on September 3 at 10:00 a.m., a meeting of the EBA Committee on Lobbying and Transparent Policies will take place. During this meeting, participants will be able to discuss the new regulations and share practical experience on how they are preparing to comply with the requirements of the new law and what steps should be taken first to protect their company from fines and sanctions for violating the Law on Lobbying. Please note that this is a meeting of the Associations Committee on Lobbying and Transparent Policies.
