Most people either avoid conflict or experience tension and unpleasant feelings in conflict situations related to the need to defend their interests, which can lead to the destruction of relationships with others in both their professional and personal lives. At the same time, the most interesting thing is that conflicts are a natural component of the development of both society as a whole and the psychosocial development of everyone, because it is only through differences that it is possible to develop and learn something new. So how can we do this without betraying or neglecting our own needs and maintaining constructive relationships with those around us? We will discuss this at our lecture.  A strong team of professionals starts with each employee taking responsibility for their work and being able to build constructive communication within the organization, and this is what assertive behavior looks like in any complicated conversation.
