Dear colleagues, We would like to invite you to EBA GetinTouch meeting for HRDs, planned for Wednesday, 3 June, from 16:00 until 17:30, Webex. In our time together we will look through the lens of the current pandemic and crisis and its impact on change management and the role of Human Resource Management going forward in terms of change.  We will review the principles of change management with a focus on resistance to change and how to motivate people during times of extreme / revolutionary change.  The focus throughout will be on how to leverage change, minimize resistance to change (becoming resilient) in order to impact top line growth during a time of digitalization. Target Audience: Human Resource Managers; Senior Managers; Managers with a Diverse group of direct report Theme: Organizational and Individual Change Triggered by the Pandemic: Working Through Extreme/Revolutionary Change Issues to be Discussed: The pandemic and how it is impacting HR Processes of change A model of resistance to change How to support our workers through times of change The importance of employee voice (overcoming employee silence) Outcome:  participants will gain a clearer understanding of how the pandemic is impacting HR and its ability to manage change.  New data will be presented related to extreme working conditions and employee voiceСпікери.
