Dear colleagues, We would like to invite you to face-to-face practical workshop for HR Leaders planned for Thursday, 25 November, from 15:00 until 18:00, Creative States of Arsenal, office EBA. The topic of the workshop: Discover HR’s Secret Weapon in the War for Talents. Language: English/Russian/Ukrainian This workshop you’ll focus on using Talent Analytics tools. We’ll let you play with the tools in a safe and supportive environment. You’ll get to explore the possibilities with other HR Professionals, generate insights and ideas. The main focus will be on using predictive Talent Analytics which can be turned into decision-making information so that you make fast and better people decisions in recruiting, promotions, engagement, development, succession planning. Why you should know how to use Talent Analytics: HR Professionals want to have strategic roles in organisations but often feel like an on-demand service whose sole function is to solve problems, at the click of the fingers. Predictive Talent Analytics has the potential to change this for you and give your HR function a more strategic voice at the Leadership table. This also can open up new career opportunities for you as a HR Professional. This is HR’s NEW Secret Weapon! Who should attend? HR Leaders and HR Business Partners who want to make a real difference in their organisation. No prior knowledge or experience of Talent Analytics is required.
