Kharkiv Office of the European Business Association invites you to attend a meeting of the Financial and Tax Committee<\/strong> on Friday, 20 November 2026, at 10:30 AM, online.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The meeting will feature experts from Crowe Mikhailenko<\/strong> and representatives of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Kharkiv Region.<\/strong><\/p>\n

  3. The new state budget and the draft law on combating business fragmentation:
    \n – Proposed restrictions for Group 2 single tax payers
    \n – Initiatives concerning the application of double tax rates to Group 3 single tax payers.<\/li>\n
  4. The new guidance letter issued by the State Tax Service of Ukraine on the tax implications of damage caused by the Russian Federation’s aggression.<\/li>\n
  5. Review of court rulings on transfer pricing in transactions involving the sale of commodities, particularly agricultural products.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
