The international trade environment is changing at an unprecedented pace. For Ukrainian businesses, these developments are particularly significant \u2013 from wartime regulations and the transformation of trade regimes to Ukraine\u2019s gradual integration into the European Union\u2019s customs framework.<\/p>\n
At the same time, Ukraine and the EU are pursuing parallel reforms of their customs legislation<\/strong>, which will significantly reshape approaches to customs clearance, tariff classification and origin of goods, the application of customs simplifications, and customs risk management.
