of business resilience.<\/p>\n<p>This program is designed to equip participants with practical skills in crisis response, self-regulation, and supporting colleagues during emotionally challenging alt=\"\ud83d\udd39\" \/> <strong>In-Person Practical Training (in Odesa)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An intensive, hands-on training focused on applying crisis response skills through real-life case studies.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will learn how to:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/25aa.svg\" alt=\"\u25aa\ufe0f\" \/> stabilize themselves and others experiencing anxiety, panic, or acute stress;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/25aa.svg\" alt=\"\u25aa\ufe0f\" \/> support colleagues coping with grief, apathy, or emotional exhaustion;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\"
