<strong>90-minute online seminar<\/strong>\u2014will take place on <strong>26 August<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In the context of prolonged stress, war, and ongoing uncertainty, psychological safety has become an essential component of business resilience.<\/p>\n<p>This program is designed to equip participants with practical skills in crisis response, self-regulation, and supporting colleagues during emotionally challenging situations.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcda <strong>The program consists of two interconnected modules:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 <strong>Online Seminar (90 minutes)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During the seminar, we will explore:<\/p>\n<p>\u25aa\ufe0f psychological safety in the workplace;<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f common psychological responses to loss, fear, and overload;<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f the principles of Psychological First Aid;<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f practical response protocols for providing support and psychological stabilization;<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f constructive and unconstructive communication strategies in crisis situations.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 <strong>In-Person Practical Training<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An intensive, hands-on training focused on applying crisis response skills through real-life case studies.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will learn how to:<\/p>\n<p>\u25aa\ufe0f stabilize themselves and others experiencing anxiety, panic, or acute stress;<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f support colleagues coping with grief, apathy, or emotional exhaustion;<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f apply Psychological First Aid response protocols;<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f use self-regulation techniques and supportive communication practices in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 Upon completing the program, participants will gain practical tools to respond effectively in
