Types and theories of career:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>History of career counseling and the evolution of the career concept.<\/li>\n<li>The relationship of career development with the business goals of the company.<\/li>\n<li>The driving forces of internal transformational changes (E. Stein).<\/li>\n<li>An overview of the main theories (Holland, Schein, Super, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Traditional, horizontal, spiral, transformative careers.<\/li>\n<li>Practical application of theories in career counseling and coaching.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Practical work.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Module 2. Psychological aspects of career development  \u2013 November 19<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Personalities in counseling:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Types of clients and different approaches to working with them.<\/li>\n<li>Emotions we work with.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Working with limitations and stoppers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The theory of saboteurs, working with fears, procrastination and cognitive biases.<\/li>\n<li>Multifactorial theory of burnout (Maslach\/Jackson), how to work with it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Practical work.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Module 3. Career counseling: tools and techniques  \u2013 November 26<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Diagnostic tools:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Psychometric methods, questionnaires, interviews.<\/li>\n<li>SWOT analysis, competency matrix.<\/li>\n<li>Career relationship map.<\/li>\n<li>Gap analysis checklist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stages of the session and consulting methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Checklist of internal consultant actions.<\/li>\n<li>The most common requests and their processing.<\/li>\n<li>The power of questions and methods of their use.<\/li>\n<li>Mechanisms and algorithms of interaction.<\/li>\n<li>Coaching models and tools in career management.<\/li>\n<li>Determining the necessary resources and actions.<\/li>\n<li>Matrix of developmental actions.<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of results and formulation of recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Practical work.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Module 4.
