Financial logic of business and reading reporting \u2014 21.09.2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>The goal of the module:<\/b> to understand how finances reflect the results of management decisions and how to read key company reports.<\/p>\n<p><b>Topics:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How the company&#8217;s strategic goals are related to financial indicators.<\/li>\n<li>The manager&#8217;s main financial reports: P&amp;L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet. How reports are related to each other. Profit and money: why they are not the same.<\/li>\n<li>Key business performance indicators: gross profit, margin, EBITDA, net profit.<\/li>\n<li>Typical management decisions and their impact on financial results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Practice:<\/b> analysis of a real example of a company&#8217;s financial statements. Let&#8217;s figure out exactly what VAT is and why the main business performance reports are calculated in prices excluding VAT.<\/p>\n<p><b>Module 2. Budgeting and financial planning for managers \u2014 23.09.2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>The goal of the module: <\/b>to learn how to use budgets and financial plans to manage results, not just to control costs.<\/p>\n<p><b>Topics:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role of a manager in the budgeting process. How budgets for income, expenses, and cash flow are formed.<\/li>\n<li>Budgeting that works &#8211; how to organize the process and optimize budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Cash flow plan as a tool for reducing the risk of a cash gap. Payment calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Sources of savings and closing the cash deficit. Working with receivables. Financial reserves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Practice:<\/b> a case study on building and analyzing a department&#8217;s budget.<\/p>\n<p><b>Module 3. Management Decisions, KPIs, and Financial DashboardsA. AI Block \u2014 28.09.2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>The goal of the module:<\/b> learn to control the financial condition of a business through key indicators and management panels. Understand AI assistants in financial management and not only.<\/p>\n<p><b>Topics:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What financial KPIs should every manager know. Profitability, liquidity, financial stability in simple words.<\/li>\n<li>Break-even point and its use in decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Manager&#8217;s dashboard: which indicators to monitor regularly.<\/li>\n<li>AI BLOCK. Artificial intelligence for managers:<\/li>\n<li>How to use AI to analyze financial data.<\/li>\n<li>AI assistants and agents &#8211; what is the difference and how to effectively apply them to the benefit of business (dispelling myths, without hype on real examples).<\/li>\n<li>Automation of report preparation and visualization of the Dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Practice:<\/b> Creating an AI assistant for analyzing indicators.<\/p>\n<p><b>Module 4. Investment decisions, financial risks and business sustainability \u2014 30.09.2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>The goal of the module:<\/b> to learn how to evaluate business decisions from the point of view of financial feasibility and risks.<\/p>\n<p><b>Topics:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Making long-term management decisions. Project business plan: structure, requirements, recommendations for compilation.<\/li>\n<li>Building a financial model of a business project. Understanding the break-even point, financial levers for increasing the marginality and profitability of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Investment efficiency criteria and project cost assessment (PP, IRR, NCF, NPV).<\/li>\n<li>Making decisions about the feasibility of investments and sources of financing for development and scaling.<\/li>\n<li>Financial flexibility of a company in the face of change.
