Department of the State Tax Service in Lviv Region, which will take place within the framework of the Legal and Tax Committee of the Western Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Topic of the meeting: \u201cInteraction between Business and the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Lviv Region under Martial Law: Tax Audits, Administrative Appeals and Transfer Pricing\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The Legal and Tax Committee is a platform for sharing experience, discussing current issues related to the application of legislation in the areas of law and taxation, and maintaining a live dialogue between business, experts and representatives of public authorities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In the context of dynamic changes in tax legislation and its practical application, it is especially important for companies to have the opportunity to raise practical questions, discuss current challenges and receive clarifications on matters that affect their daily business operations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">During the meeting, we plan to discuss:<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u2022 current practice of conducting tax audits under martial law<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u2022 approaches to administrative appeals against decisions of tax authorities<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u2022 specific aspects of applying transfer pricing rules in the current environment<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u2022 problematic issues in the interaction between business and tax authorities, as well as possible ways to address them<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u2022 opportunities for further developing dialogue between business and the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Lviv Region to support the stable functioning of the economy during wartime<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We kindly ask EBA member companies to send
