This programme gives you practical strategies to address the behaviours that can get in the way of your success and you formulate a personal action plan to change specific behaviours and increase your effectiveness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Target audience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>managers of all the departments<\/li>\n<li>everybody, who is interested in developing personal and professional effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>leaders who work for 10-12 hours per day, and it is all the same difficult to be put in deadlines. Energy is enough till a lunch, and operates on the autopilot further. They don\u2019t have enough time for a family or a hobby.
