The abolition of the Commercial Code of Ukraine (CCU) has affected how businesses work with contracts. From now on, lease and supply agreements are regulated by the Civil Code of Ukraine (CUU), special legislation, and the principle of freedom of contract. On the one hand, this provides companies with greater flexibility; on the other hand, it increases responsibility for every provision included in an agreement.<\/p>\n
