Such statements or actions are called microaggressions. They seem like trifles, but over time they accumulate, reduce motivation, undermine psychological safety and team trust.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"634\">EBA Management Development Centre team, together with <strong>Maryna Didenko<\/strong> and <strong>Timur Levchuk,<\/strong> invite you to participate in the\u00a0<strong>Online-Lecture: Microaggression in the team: recognition, impact and response strategies.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1060\"><strong data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1014\">Target audience: <\/strong>everyone who is interested in understanding microaggressions and how to deal with them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Questions for discussion: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How to recognize microaggressions in everyday and work situations?<\/li>\n<li>What psychological impact does it have?<\/li>\n<li>How to joke with colleagues and give compliments so as not to be aggressors?<\/li>\n<li>What are the strategies for avoiding tension?<\/li>\n<li>How to maintain a culture of respect and safe communication?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All this in an atmosphere of live communication with quizzes and cases.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Registration is obligatory.
