A complex but understandable ecosystem of public procurement has been formed here, which functions according to its own rules: legal norms, business customs, the practice of the Antimonopoly Committee and courts. Successful participation in procurement depends not only on price or experience, but also on the ability to navigate the logic of public procurement and act strategically.<\/p>\n
Given the large-scale processes of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, the public procurement market will only grow and open up new opportunities for business.Understanding this system is the key to winning tenders, avoiding typical mistakes and minimizing risks when working with the public sector.
