The event will take place on <strong>19 June 2025 at 13:00 in an online format.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The agenda includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>discussion of current approaches to the classification of automatic coffee machines imported into Ukraine;<\/li>\n<li>analysis of the technical characteristics of the equipment: presence\/absence of payment devices, use of MDB protocol, and primary functional purpose;<\/li>\n<li>differentiation between tariff codes 8419 and 8476 of the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity (UCGFEA), based on current legislation and explanatory notes;<\/li>\n<li>review of Binding Tariff Information (BTI) decisions in EU countries and the practice of the World Customs Organization (WCO);<\/li>\n<li>consideration of the possibility of submitting a request to the WCO for official clarification on classification issues;<\/li>\n<li>development of a common position on the unification of classification approaches in Ukraine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that participation is open exclusively to EBA member companies.
