the introduction of clear employment criteria to distinguish between freelancers and hired employees.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"973\">Implementation of a mandatory cost-benefit analysis for businesses, citizens, and the state when registering all draft laws in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"976\" data-end=\"1073\">Ensuring fair competition and implementing EU directives \u2013 Draft Laws No. 12429, No. 12430.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1213\">Introducing performance indicators for the State Migration Service and State Tax Service \u2013 Draft Laws No. 12359, No. 12360.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1572\">Amending the Criminal Procedure Code to mandate closure of pre-trial investigations due to time expiration after serving a person with a notice of suspicion in corruption cases, ensuring protection of the rights of parties to criminal proceedings, and introducing safeguards against law enforcement pressure on business \u2013 Draft Law No. 12439.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1717\">Enabling the development of government e-services by private entities and minimizing the number of communal and state-owned enterprises.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1934\">Establishing a modern labor law based on freedom of employment contracts \u2013 continuing the effect of Law <a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/laws\/show\/2434-20#Text\"> 2434-IX<\/a> on the simplified regime for SMEs not only during wartime but also on a permanent basis.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1937\" data-end=\"2094\">Simplifying documentation processes for SMEs, removing the requirement for acts of completed works\/services, and transitioning to an invoice model.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2097\" data-end=\"2241\">Adoption of Draft Law No. 5651-2 \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Travel Benefits and Some Other Privileges.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p
