Free \u201cBusiness School for Defenders\u201d starts in Ukraine.<\/strong><\/p>\n

PrivatBank<\/strong> in partnership with the European Business Association<\/strong>, OLX Ukraine<\/strong> and Mastercard <\/strong>has launched \u201cBusiness School for Defenders\u201d <\/strong>on the PrivatBank Business Platform<\/strong><\/a>. This educational project will provide Ukrainian servicemen and veterans with the knowledge, tools, and support to successfully transition into civil life through entrepreneurship. \u00a0<\/p>\n

The online-course will be free for defenders. It will also be able to be passed by family members who have taken over the business management in the rear while their loved ones are at the front.<\/p>\n

The training starts on October 22. The first lecture by Svitlana Lemeshko will be on the topic of restructuring thinking and advice on using the skills acquired in the service to run a business. Registration is already open on the PrivatBank<\/strong> Business<\/strong> Platform<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

We are committed to helping servicemen realize their entrepreneurial dreams through the use of already required skills and the development of new ones. \u201cBusiness School for Defenders\u201d is aimed at creating and developing one\u2019s own business and obtaining the necessary knowledge and resources for the successful implementation of entrepreneurial ideas.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis project is to a certain extent gratitude to our heroes. We are sincerely convinced that creating one\u2019s own business is the way on which defenders will be able to find both economic independence and a method of adaptation to life after the war. At the same time, it is also an investment in strengthening the future economy of Ukraine\u201d, \u2013 said Yevgen Zaigraev, member of the board for corporate business and SMEs.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/em>According to the European Business Association<\/em>, 43% <\/em>of small and medium businesses have employees in the ranks of the armed force.\u00a0 We are looking forward to their return and at the same time we understand that the some of our fellow veterans will need training or retraining. And we strive to help them in this. Host of emotional intelligence trainings. Assistant coach of NLP-training Katharsis center.
