We will analyze the mindset and the toolkit involved to be a leader and act as a leader in times of changes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Course Incudes<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7 webinars (120 minutes each);<\/li>\n<li>1 individual coaching session (60 minutes);<\/li>\n<li>2 mastermind meetings (a peer-to-peer group to brainstorm ideas on participants\u2019 challenges with input and experience from the other group members to get an outside perspective on their issues)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Methods of Study<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Group discussions.<\/li>\n<li>Case Analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Self-reflection.<\/li>\n<li>Sharing personal experience with like-minded professionals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Having successfully finished the Online-Programme, participants will receive certificates of completion.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>SYLLABYS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Module I.<\/strong> <strong>Being a Leader:<\/strong> identity, values, goals, talents, resources, abilities and skills.
