As of now, we have adapted, filled up with strength and hope for victory, and are gradually opening new markets and opportunities for ourselves. For any expansion, it is extremely necessary to prepare a digital transformation within the company, thereby significantly increasing the efficiency of management, reducing the costs of manual operations, improving communication and cooperation between departments, improving the overall transparency of business processes, and, of course, making better management decisions . Of course, a modern international ERP system is capable of all this.<\/p>\n<p>However, any implementation of an IT product in a large business is always a challenge, the implementation of an ERP system is a comprehensive and painstaking project that involves the involvement of an expert team that will bring the digitalization of all business processes, accounting and reporting to an ideal result and has knowledge and understanding the specifics of holding structures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Speakers: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vitalii Kurdyumov<\/strong>, co-founder of the IT consulting company for the implementation of Business Central &#8211; Clarity Ukraine.
