So, to effectively cope with the modern challenges, maintain calm and balance, continue to work efficiently and successfully build a career, it is necessary to develop and improve soft skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soft<\/strong> <strong>skills<\/strong> \u2013 are universal non-professional qualities that depend on the personal peculiarities and are acquired with personal experience.
