Today we can talk about a certain transformation of the role of volunteering and charitable activities for every Ukrainian. Now this is not just an altruistic, selfless gesture, it is a matter of national security of the country, literally a matter of life and death. In a matter of days, Ukrainians can raise funds for a Bayraktar and a drone, for a “people’s satellite” and “for revenge”. But there is another side of the coin – to organize the process of collecting help in such a way as not to create problems for yourself.<\/p>\n

During the past year, many changes of various scope and nature were made to the legislation regulating volunteering and charitable activities. The legislator sought to optimize charitable activities as much as possible but as often happens in such cases, created a lot of problems for those who obey to these new norms. In connection with the updating of the legislation, as well as in view of the activity of this activity, public organizations, charitable foundations and volunteers are more and more often coming into the field of view of the controlling authorities. What regulatory and tax aspects should be considered in the first place? How to properly organize work and systematize reporting?<\/p>\n
