Critical thinking, as our internal filter, helps filter out manipulation and catastrophic thoughts. And this, in turn, helps us to be more stable and make more balanced decisions.<\/p>\n

During the online-lecture, we will analyze together how leaders can become more sustainable thanks to the techniques and principles of critical thinking. We will form a “safety technique” for leaders, which will help to avoid typical mistakes both in working with a team and in maintaining personal stability and mental health. Also, we will learn to better recognize the signs of manipulation and learn about ways to protect against them.<\/p>\n
