Moreover, you are a member of the government responsible for the life-saving decision at the planetary summit. But it is also your duty to defend the interests of your country in this decision. And you also have your own, purely personal interest \u2013 it also needs to be realized while the summit is going on. Will you manage?<\/p>\n The game “4 Elements” simulates the conflict of three levels of goals – personal, team and organizational.<\/p>\n A business game in which the skills of effective communication in interaction with other departments, resource management, openness and ethics are developed. Only open communication, when participants are not afraid to voice their goals and interests, and ethical treatment of other teams will provide an opportunity to solve joint and personal tasks.<\/p>\n
