That is, force majeure as a general rule can protect against fines, but will not exempt from the need to fulfill such an agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">On February 28, 2022, the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry published letter No. 2024\/02.0-7.1, in which it confirmed force majeure circumstances caused by the military aggression of russia against Ukraine.
