In the conditions of military aggression and active hostilities in certain regions of our country, the issue of finding new premises in relatively safer regions is of particular importance for businesses, which, in turn, will allow such enterprises to work and pay wages and taxes to the state budget. Such premises, among others, can be obtained through the privatization of state property, and to make the privatization process simpler and faster, the project of Law No. 7451<\/a><\/strong> on facilitating the relocation of enterprises and the economic recovery<\/strong> of the state by amending the legislation on privatization was developed.<\/p>\n

Another extremely important issue for business is the adoption of the Methodology for determining damage and the amount of losses due to destruction and damage to property<\/strong> in connection with military aggression against our state.<\/p>\n

So we will discuss these and other important business issues on July 26, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. with<\/strong> Olha Batova, Acting Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine<\/strong>, during the extended meeting of the Committee of the Association on the Restoration of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
