Today, Ukraine is in a state of war, and business is trying to resolve conflicts in conditions of absolute uncertainty.<\/p>\n<p>EBA Management Development Centre together with <strong>BSK<\/strong> <strong>KROK<\/strong> <strong>BUSINESS<\/strong> <strong>SCHOOL<\/strong> invite you to take part in the<strong> Online-Lecture:<\/strong><strong> Why Does Business Need Mediation<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The open lecture is devoted to practical mechanisms for resolving conflicts in business \u2013 in international and national Ukrainian companies, with partners, employees, and clients. In an interactive format, we will analyze the dynamics of conflicts and show practical examples of when it is appropriate to use out-of-court dispute resolution to save resources as much as possible in martial law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Speaker<\/strong><strong>: <\/strong><strong>Victoria Polischuk<\/strong>, Master of mediation and dispute resolution (Ukraine, Kyiv).
