Dear colleagues,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n We would like to invite you to joint EBA HR&CSR Committees online-meeting,<\/strong> planned for Tuesday, 21 September<\/strong>, from 16.00 till 18.00.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The meeting will be streamed via Zoom.us.<\/strong>\u00a0 Link to the live stream will be provided after registration.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The topic of the meeting<\/strong>: Executives training in the \u201cnext normal\u201d or the Path of a Hero.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n For more than a year the world has been living and operating under new conditions. Due to a change in traditional approach to employer-employee interaction and owing to development of information and communication technologies, new opportunities in HR sector at all levels have appeared. New reality creates a special narrative that requires new heroes. Surely each hero makes his own way that is full of trials, enemies and allies, losses and victories. This \u201cHero\u201d definition and the description of his way will be the point of a report by Svitlana Sudakova, Head of Department of personnel recruitment, development and training at JSC Ukrtelecom. The story is inspired by an appropriate J.
