On July 29, 2021, the first meeting of specialists of the National Bank of Ukraine and experts of member companies of the European Business Association will take place to discuss issues related to ensuring the implementation of the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Payment Services”<\/a>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Issues to be discussed: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Procedure for authorization of activity on the payment market of providers of limited payment services. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Attracting commercial agents by non-bank payment service providers, the procedure for their registration, setting requirements for them and determining the list of financial payment services that can be provided through commercial agents. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Procedure for opening and servicing payment accounts by non-bank payment service providers.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Execution by credit service providers of credit and debit transfer, securing arrest and execution of payment instructions of debt collectors. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Issuance and implementation of electronic money transactions. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Issuance of electronic means of payment and transactions with them. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Acquiring payment instruments.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
